Real estate firm The Agency has appointed high-performing agents David Rothschild and Lincoln McCarthy which will see it expand its reach into Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
The Agency said today that it can now service prime real estate hotspots including Manly, Seaforth and Balgowlah on the back of the two appointments.
Mr. Rothschild has specialised in the premium property market across Seaforth, Clontarf, Balgowlah Heights, Balgowlah, North Balgowlah, Fairlight and Manly with over $750 million in local residential sales to his name.
Mr. McCarthy has achieved impressive results across the Northern Beaches of Sydney and is responsible for setting multiple block, street and suburb records.
“What a start to the year, to have someone of David Rothschild’s calibre and experience join us is invaluable,” says The Agency’s CEO Matt LaHood.
“David’s market knowledge in the broader Seaforth area is unparalleled and in my view, he is one of the most experienced negotiators in Sydney.
“And when it comes to Lincoln McCarthy, well he is one of the future ‘super stars’ of real estate in my opinion.”
According to the Agency, the combination of cultural and ethical standards is a major reason Mr. Rothschild and Mr. McCarthy together joined The Agency over competitors.
“We believe the uniqueness of The Agency offering is locked into its own motto, ‘people sell houses not companies or brands’, linking agent and client by creating a platform that is not an obstruction,” Mr. Rothschild said.
The Agency network is focused on connecting the best agents nationally, this strategically connects buyers, sellers and properties with a premium level of advice and service.
The Agency Group Australia (ASX:AU1), which has an option to acquire The Agency before end of this month, was trading Tuesday afternoon at 1.7c.
