Mr Draudins, a Non-Executive Director at iSynergy since 2016, replaces outgoing Non-Executive Chairman Mr Richard Symons.
With a career spanning over 25 years in the service and information technology sectors, plus 15 years’ investment banking experience, Mr Draudins brings a broad skills set to the role.
He has used his considerable expertise in assisting many high growth companies to develop the appropriate strategies and raise the necessary capital to further growth and develop a successful organisation.
The appointment comes at a time when iSYNERGY is expanding operations across Asia, with a current focus on Malaysian and Indonesia.
As a Shariah Compliant supplier, the company is in a strong position to grow its presence in areas with a strong Muslim influence.
“I am excited to take on this role at a time when the Company is poised for significant further growth,” said Mr Draudins.
We are pleased with our continued strong performance in Malaysia, and remain on track to achieve profit targets in our first full year of operation in Indonesia. We are also advanced in efforts to move into other markets.
“Together with the Board and Management, we will continue to focus on organic growth to drive an increase in revenue in 2018 and beyond.”
Mr Draudins said the company would launch new technology to drive iSYNERGY’s digital and e- commerce capabilities.
The appointment of Mr Draudins was announced at iSYNERGY’s AGM, held in Perth on Friday, May 25.
Mr Morgan Barron’s position as Non-Executive Director was also confirmed at the meeting.
