archTIS Limited (ASX:AR9) reports that the Australian Department of Defence has renewed its annual software subscription license for the NC Protect product through archTIS’ newly acquired subsidiary Nucleus Cyber.
The NC Protect solution leverages existing technology investments to provide a simpler, faster and cheaper solution to tailor information protection for file sharing, messaging and chat across an organisation’s collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Office 365—SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange and Yammer, Dropbox, Nutanix Files and Windows file shares.
The annual contract value for the NC Protect subscription renewal is $148,866.
This is archTIS’ second software license contract win with the Department of Defence this financial year for securing their information sharing capabilities. It follows archTIS $4.2 million contract win in September to lead risk reduction activities relating to cross-domain classified information sharing, which included $750,000 annual licenses for Kojensi (archTIS’ secure information sharing platform for classified information).
archTIS Global COO and US President, Kurt Mueffelmann, said these wins follow the recent announcement by the Australian Government that it will spend $15 billion on Defence information management and cyber security over the next 10 years.
