ClearVue Technologies (ASX:CPV) is seeking to tap into Europe’s massive investor audience after listing on the most prominent exchange in Germany.
The company – which develops advanced glass technology that aims to preserve glass transparency while generating electricity – has listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
The listing is an important step for ClearVue to increase its profile in the European market as it expands its sales and marketing activities in the region.
Following the launch of our technology and products for the European market at Glasstec 2018 in Dusseldorf, Germany 23-26 October 2018, we have experienced high levels of interest, from both a product and investment perspective in the European market,” ClearVue Executive Chairman Victor Rosenberg said.
“To capitalise on this, we prioritised a listing of our securities on a prominent German exchange as soon as practical in 2019. With the Frankfurt listing now in place we now provide local European investors the opportunity to invest in the company so as to gain exposure to our commercial success in the region.
“The listing of our securities on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will provide European investors the opportunity to trade our securities on a local exchange in a suitable timezone,” he added.
ClearVue is trading under WKN code A2PDU9 (ISIN: AU0000003816) on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
The company was trading on the ASX at 31c, up 1c or 3.3%, on Thursday.
