Deel has launched Deel Bookkeeping, a suite of new services to help contractors anywhere manage their financial life, including invoicing, expense management and tax services.
Deel says Bookkeeping helps tackle the unfamiliar challenges contractors face when it comes to invoicing, expense tracking and tax preparation. As every country has different laws and compliance requirements, it can be increasingly difficult to navigate multiple working locations.
The latest offerings include an invoice generator, expense tracker and tax summaries:
- The invoice generator allows contractors to create and send invoices to clients in minutes. Deel says it can store invoice details for future use, making it easy to create invoices for repeat clients
- The expense tracker helps users upload receipts, categorise expenses, and assign them to specific clients to track reimbursements. Deel claims that contractors can save hours on end-of-year bookkeeping and ensure they don’t miss an expense
- Additionally, tax summaries are coming later this year to Australia. This tool will help summarise a worker’s overall income and expenses across all invoices and expenses, making it easier to prepare for tax season. Contractors will be able to hand these pre-prepared details off to a tax consultant
This news follows the recent launch of Deel HR, which aims to simplify hiring, managing and paying global teams compliantly. Deel has also recently hit $295 million ARR at a $12 billion valuation.
