DUG Technology’s (ASX: DUG) first shipment of our US$7 million worth of new compute has landed at our data centre in Houston, with the remainder expected to arrive during December 2023.
Managing Director, Dr Matthew Lamont, said DUG has all hands on deck unpacking and installing the hardware – and immersing it inti DUG Cool tanks.
The hardware comprises state-of-the-art Intel Xeon CPU Max Series machines, each with one terabyte of RAM.
It is great to see the new compute finally start to arrive to support what is an unprecedented period of demand. Our data processing teams are looking forward to putting this new kit to work ASAP,” Dr Lamont said.
