AI software specialist Enlitic, Inc. (ASX: ENL) has signed a three-year global distribution contract with Darwinist for its Ensight 2.0.

The deal includes ENDEX and ENCOG modules for AI Orchestration, DICOM Handling and DICOM Standardisation use cases.

ENDEX and ENCOG will be integrated into Darwinist’s middleware platform, called Beagle, which streamlines the integration of AI tools within the healthcare sector.

Darwinist is a distributor of clinical AI models, focused on delivering solutions for integrating AI diagnostics into clinical workflows.

Through its middleware platform, Beagle, it aims to simplify the deployment and management of diverse AI tools from multiple vendors, reducing the complexity which often comes with integration and providing scalable solutions to IT infrastructure challenges.

Once Enlitic has completed an onboarding and integration process, Ensight 2.0 will be distributed to Darwinist’s clinical trial hospital customers presenting Enlitic as a Supported Vendor. The agreement provides scope for Enlitic to be promoted to Suggested Vendor and Recommended Vendor status contingent on certain milestones. Any such promotion in status would be expected to bring increased revenues to Enlitic.

The contract will generate initial shared revenues of up to US$100,000 per annum to Enlitic across the three-year agreement. ENDEX and ENCOG will initially be rolled out to an agreed number of clinical trial sites with scope for expansion.

“Our new distribution arrangement with Darwinist provides us with an opportunity to be deployed in advance of AI analysis, standardising data prior to it being routed to the AI models that Darwinist supports,” CEO, Michael Sistenich, said.

“This is a great example of AI orchestration with Enlitic standardisation. We look forward to deepening our partnership with Darwinist and solving some critical healthtech problems for their customers.”
