Environmental technology company Envirosuite Limited (ASX:EVS) has executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a strategic partnership with Aeroqual, a global leader in air quality monitoring technology to pursue and develop joint market opportunities.
The MoU outlines a framework for the joint pursuit of global strategic opportunities between the parties in Mining, Waste, Wastewater, and Industrial sectors with a packaged offering of Envirosuite’s environmental intelligence technology with Aeroqual’s air quality stations, monitors and technology is anticipated to accelerate market opportunities for both companies.
Aeroqual offers a global air quality monitoring platform based on smart sensing technology and advanced software algorithms.
Headquartered in New Zealand, Aeroqual have offices in the United States of America and China and are represented by a global network of partners. The strategic partnership aims to benefit both parties with greater market access and leveraging of the combined technologies and respective expertise to drive revenue and customer traction with the complementary nature of their businesses and strategic growth objectives in North America.
Aeroqual’s platform solves unique challenges in air quality monitoring, delivering high quality, validated data cost effectively, and will stream data onto Envirosuite’s environmental intelligence software platform, creating a significant combined value proposition for Mining, Waste, Wastewater and Industrial facilities and customers.
Aeroqual’s customer base includes AngloGold Ashanti, United States Environmental Protection Agency and New York City Department of Environmental Protection.
