FeedmeeApp, an award winning food app has successfully raised $250,000 through a angel round from one local Perth investor. The funds will support Feedmee App’s aggressive rollout of new features and support growth across Australia and also into International markets, such as the US.
Founded by Tyler Spooner, Brenda Lai & Anthony Manning-Franklin, FeedmeeApp is a food app. Whether it be restaurants, recipes or food delivered to your door. FeedmeeApp finds you the food you want based on what you do and don’t like.
If it is restaurants, Feedmee App uses your location to figure out what restaurants are close to you and then based on what your palate profile is, it lets you know what you can have. You can book or have UberEATS or Deliveroo bring it to your door. And if it’s recipes, it learns what you do and don’t like and recommends dishes to you.
Simply download the app and start swiping left or right, telling Feedmee what you do and don’t like.
Mr, Spooner says, ‘Over the last month, (since the release of the recipe upgrade) alone we have had a +124.9% increase in monthly users and 300,000 dishes swiped providing us with incredible insight into our users palates and tastes. We hope over time as we launch into international markets we will have the largest data-set of what consumers do and don’t like. That data will be pretty exciting to have at our finger tips”.
FeedmeeApp is currently in talks with restaurants and major suppliers globally as they seek to launch into international markets.
