The co-founder of fintech startup Finch – which launched ‘a financial app for your social life’ and raised $2.25M seed capital last year – will be speaking at a Startup Grind Perth event on March 14.
Shahirah Gardner is an experienced startup marketer, PR hacker and is the creative brains behind the Finch brand.
Prior to Finch, Shahirah brought fame (and some fortune!) to a long list of tech startups throughout her career in Silicon Valley and Australia.
Outside of Finch, she is Head of PR at Girls in Tech Australia where she champions women in tech, and speaks regularly at conferences and meetups on millennial finance, entrepreneurship and diversity in tech.
She will talk about her entrepreneurial journey in the tech market and how she got onto the world’s best Fintech accelerator and then raised a $2.25M seed round in 3 months, as well as their goals ahead of Series A investment.
