1st Group (ASX: 1ST) has reported that its Visionflex division had received a second purchase order from Western Australia Primary Health Alliance (WAPHA) for 75 Visionflex Clinical Telehealth Carts worth over $1.1 million.
The new order is in addition to the first purchase order received from WAPHA for 75 Visionflex Clinical Telehealth Carts in August 2023.
The purchase orders from WAPHA represent over $2.2 million in revenue for FY24, of which $1.76 million has been received. The remaining $440,000 will be received upon final delivery of the Visionflex Clinical Telehealth Carts in H2FY24.
In addition to the upfront revenue, Visionflex will receive annual recurring revenue for software licensing and support services.
Visionflex has received a total $3.1 million of orders to date in H1FY24, already exceeding total FY23 revenue of $2.6 million, highlighting the rapid uptake of its software and hardware across Australia.
We are extremely pleased that our Visionflex product has been delivering value and efficiencies to the WA community in their transition to virtual and hybrid healthcare,” Joshua Mundey, 1ST Group Limited CEO, said.
“This order is another key milestone for our organisation, demonstrating our value as innovative and trusted virtual care leaders. As Visionflex continues to provide value through its virtual care products, we expect to capture greater market share in existing segments and to drive significant growth in new segments.”
