CareerOne’s platform serves millions of users and tens of thousands of small, medium and large businesses. Today, the platform has three million candidate profiles/CVs, displays over 120,000 jobs with two million unique visitors annually. The platform’s success is built on its ability to harness data effectively, making it an ideal partner for Decidr as both companies look to this $20B industry1 in Australia through the reinvention of the classic job board model and lead in the new application of AI Roles into businesses.

Strategic Partnerships

The strategic partnership between Decidr and CareerOne will focus on the co-creation of AI-enabled products and services in a revenue share agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, Decidr will leverage CareerOne’s rich data to develop AI solutions that enhance the job matching, recruitment processes and business intelligence for CareerOne’s job seekers and clients. These AI solutions are expected to bring significant improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and user experience. Co-developed solutions will also be made available to other future Decidr partners.
