Employee experience software developer LiveTiles Limited (ASX:LVT) has engaged strategic advisory firm Atlas Technology Group to assist the company in exploring strategic options and evaluate new and existing opportunities to maximise shareholder value.
The appointed firm is a Silicon Valley-based investment bank focused on advising enterprise software companies on strategic transactions. They have completed over 150 transactions for clients since the firm’s inception in 2010, which includes transactions with many of the leading strategic and private equity firms of software companies globally, including for several ASX-listed clients.
As part of the process, the Board will consider a full range of strategic, operational, and financial opportunities.
