Melbourne telco business ReadiiTel has announced it is extending its IT resources to the wider Australian business community completely free, including remote IT support, advice and consulting to small businesses Australia wide, until the end of July as part of a COVID-19 relief program.

ReadiiTel was quick to recognise the current COVID-19 situation as unprecedented and trying, especially for those running a startup or small business and intend to do everything they can to support Australian businesses affected to remain connected.

ReadiiTel’s all Australian support team has already assisted dozens of businesses with their IT services and operations, moving entire businesses to new working from home arrangements.

The company’s COVID-19 support initiative is targeted at businesses struggling to come out the other side of this pandemic and in need of IT support to remain connected.

The disruptive telco acknowledges that today’s business environment is bringing into sharp focus the importance of reliable and flexible IT and communications services to remain connected. Services that can support the operational changes that businesses currently have to introduce to ‘keep the doors open’.

In these unique and uncertain circumstances Australians find themselves in today, many members of Australia’s largest employment group, small business, are facing a threat to their survival no amount of strategic planning could have prepared them for,” Managing Director, Daniel Li said.

“A lot of small businesses don’t always know what technology is available to them or for some of them, the support that they may currently have is a cost they can’t justify spending even though they still need the assistance and expertise of an IT professional,” said Mr Li.

ReadiiTel provides premium Managed IT and Internet services focussed on the Small to Medium Business sector – Recently undertaking the Telco Industry’s first successful Crowd Sourced Funding to invest in expanding its Services and Network Infrastructure.

ReadiiTel want to support the Australian community to be able to work during this pandemic in an adapted way as we try to flatten the curve.

“It is obviously a trying time for all businesses including our customers, we have made a business decision to not stand down any staff to make sure we can continue to deliver the highest level of customer service to all of our customers, both old and new.

“As an Australian business, owned by Australians, we should be doing everything we can to help because that’s the Australian way and we encourage those who can help to do the same,” Mr Li said.
