The PropTech Group Limited (ASX: PTG) has signed Century 21 UK to use its VaultEA sales CRM software.
Owned by the SDL Group, Century 21 UK is one of the fastest-growing independent property services groups in the United Kingdom. Century 21 UK is part of one of the world’s largest residential estate agency organisations, with approximately 8,000 independently owned and operated franchised broker offices in 81 countries.
Joe Hanna, CEO of the PropTech Group, said Century 21 UK will commence migration of over 40 offices from their existing sales CRM software to VaultEA in the first half of 2021, with invoicing commencing mid- year.
VaultEA is the UK version of the Australian/New Zealand VaultRE sales CRM software. In the UK, real estate agents are referred to as Estate Agents. VaultEA has been fully customized for the UK market, ensuring it complies with all local property sales regulations.
We looked at six different CRM platforms before deciding to move forward with VaultEA. We chose VaultEA as it met all of our network’s requirements for functionality across both sales and lettings,” Chris Summers, Head of Franchising for the SDL Group, said.

Mr Hanna said the PropTech Group was very excited to be signing Century 21 in the UK.
