8common Limited (ASX: 8CO) has signed five agencies covered under the Service Delivery Office (SDO) of the Department of Finance shared services hub for its Expense8 service.
The five new Federal Government entities signed represent a total contract value of $545,000 and include:
- Safe Work Australia
- Fair Work Ombudsman
- Australian Skills Quality Authority
- Australian Public Service Commission
- Australian Building and Construction Commission
Implementation across these agencies is anticipated to occur in 1H FY21.
Chief Executive Officer Andrew Bond said 8common’s growing exposure to the Federal Government was fast-tracked by the signing of shared services agreements with the Service Delivery Office of the Department of Finance and the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science.
The company now provides expense8 to a total of 27 Federal Government entities with over 17,000 users. Further to the signing under the SDO, the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency (ARPANSA) have signed a three-year contract (plus contract extensions) with a TCV of $152k ex GST.
