Real-time software company Vection Technologies Ltd (ASX:VR1) has confirmed that Toshiba Tec Italia SpA has commenced the commercial distribution of the company’s Mixed Reality (XR) software portfolio.
Toshiba Tec is a global leading provider of information technology, operating across multiple industries, ranging from retail, education and business services to healthcare, real estate and manufacturing.

Managing Director, Gianmarco Biagi, said Vection has secured the distribution of its XR technology portfolio through Toshiba Tec via its agreement with JMC Group, one of the company’s most strategic commercial partners within the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and an end-to-end DELL Platinum and OEM Partner specialising in client, OEM and industrial solutions in all its verticals.
Toshiba Tec is a leading provider of information technology, operating across multiple industries, ranging from retail, education and business services to hospitality and manufacturing via its 80 subsidiaries worldwide.
Via Toshiba Tec’s capillary dealer network, Vection, together with JMC Group, will focus on distributing its XR technology portfolio within the retail, education, healthcare, real estateand manufacturing sectors to bring to market a wider range of business solutions for global customers.
This material agreement with Toshiba Tec, via JMC Group, significantly increases Vection’s reseller network and will enable the Company to pursue similar agreements between JMC Group and the main EMEA Toshiba Tec branches in Benelux, Germany, France, the UK, Spain, Nordic and UAE. This strategy is expected to secure a reliable capillary network of technology dealer partners throughout the entirety of the EMEA region that have a strong relationship advantage with the local customer base.
The agreement will renew automatically on a yearly basis and recognises to Toshiba Tec a fixed remuneration schedule based on product line and target dealer/end user.
