“New product development remains a key focus for Whispir, and we continue to invest heavily in R&D to create new products that are ahead of the market, scalable and easy for our customers to integrate and use. Brad will be working to ensure that Whispir’s automated communication workflows will remain simple, scalable and impactful.
This will allow users to easily create effective and actionable two-way interactions that are contextually relevant to their individual recipients.
“Brad’s extensive experience in mobile software development and customer experience complements our existing product offering and will drive the creation of new products to meet the changing communications needs of our more than 500 global customers.”
“A subject matter expert in Objectives and Key Results (OKR), IDEO innovation process and outcomes-based-roadmaps, Brad’s regular podcasts and meet-ups will add value for companies undertaking digital transformation and innovation projects.”
Mr Dunn said, “I’m excited by the opportunity to create new products and functionality for Whispir’s industry-leading platform, catering to a diverse range of customers, industry sectors and use cases.
“Whispir has a strong history working with fire and emergency services, and with bushfires around the country becoming such an issue, I felt I could really make a difference and leverage my strengths.
“I’m enthusiastic about driving innovation across the business and building a product that our customers can get really excited about. I’m a big believer in getting out in the world, spending time with customers, and just seeing things from their perspective so right now I’m focused on doing that as well as working with the product, design and technology teams.”
