Innovative health informatics company Alcidion has signed a $2.6m contract extension with the Northern Territory Department of Health for its Miya platform and modules.

Alcidion Signs Three-Year Contract Extension With Northern Territory Department of Health

Miya precision is a next generation healthcare analytics platform that solves clinical problems with AI, clinical decision support and real time alerts to reduce clinical risk and prevent poor patient outcomes.

The contract extension is valued at $888k per-annum for a duration of three years and will include two options for one year extensions.

The Miya platform is currently installed at Royal Darwin, Katherine, Gove District, Tennant Creek and Alice Springs Hospitals. It is currently being deployed at Palmerston Regional Hospital in Darwin which is due to open shortly, with very positive customer feedback.
