Data-centric security solutions provider archTIS Limited (ASX:AR9) has signed a $2.3 million contract to expand NC Protect licenses with the Australian Department of Defence.

Key Terms:

  • Total contract licencing value of $2.3 million:
    • Initia lARR increase of $276,000 in year one;
    • ARR increase to $463,000 in year two onwards;

This licence contract follows on from the $700,000 services contract awarded in June 2024 and establishes NC Protect as the data-centric security product of choice for Defence SharePoint on-premises deployments.

archTIS’ NC Protect dynamically secures sensitive information by applying zero trust enforcement policies to data-centric access controls across Microsoft 365, SharePoint on- premises and file share environments.

This validation of NC Protect to safeguard Defence’s most trusted Information and will open the market for NC Protect to other Defence and Government clients globally.

NC Protect enables Australian Defence information to be shared with other allied partners whilst enforcing need to know principles and compliance requirements.
