Genesys Customer Innovation Awards Finalists Announced For Australia and New Zealand - TechInvest Magazine Online

Genesys, a global cloud leader in customer experience orchestration, has announced the finalists of the 17th Annual Genesys Customer Innovation Awards. The awards recognise organisations across the world for their outstanding achievements in customer experience.

Of the finalists, five ANZ businesses are in the running as follows:

Commenting on this year’s finalists, Mark Buckley, Vice President, Australia & New Zealand at Genesys said, “It’s been a challenging couple of years for businesses across the region, but this year’s finalists have showcased just how much can be achieved by leveraging cloud and digital channels to deliver superior customer experience. A panel of judges, composed of industry influencers, previous customer winners and Genesys executives, will judge the Customer Innovation Awards, with the winners being announced the week of September 12, 2022.

Business leaders from TPG Telecom, Deakin University and ESSSuper will also be speaking at Genesys G-Summit in Sydney, Australia on August 1-2, 2022.
