Pentanet Limited (ASX:5GG) has launched NVIDIA GeForce NOW Powered by CloudGG on Optus SubHub.
The company’s Collaboration Agreement with Optus was signed in March 2023 with the aim to integrate the GeForce NOW cloud gaming service into the Optus SubHub subscription management platform, enabling access for Optus’ customers in Australia.
The Agreement marked a significant milestone towards the Pentanet’s goal of commercialising GeForce NOW with the introduction of the company’s first large-scale wholesale partner.
Pentanet and Optus have worked together to develop an enhanced experience for GeForce NOW users on Optus SubHub, with a specific focus on the Optus 5G Living Network and CloudGG, the user management platform for GeForce NOW in Australia.
The launch of GeForce NOW cloud gaming on Optus SubHub is an exciting step for Pentanet, solidifying the company’s wholesale digital distribution channel for GeForce NOW in our territories,” Pentanet Managing Director, Stephen Cornish, said.
“This collaboration presents an exciting opportunity towards putting high-performance gaming in the hands of even more new members.”
Optus Head of 5G and Network Leadership, Harvey Wright, said that as the first gaming partner to be included in its line-up of subscriptions on Optus SubHub, this represents a major milestone for the company’s world-first subscription management hub.
“This exciting collaboration with Optus and GeForce NOW Powered by CloudGG gives gamers an adaptable, affordable and revolutionary new way to play.”
